This beta driver is recommended for all users using an ATI Radeon™ HD5870 series, ATI Radeon™ HD5850 series, ATI Radeon™ HD5770 and ATI Radeon™ HD5750 series graphics card in conjunction with Windows Vista and/or Windows 7

AMD has just released new graphics drivers for both the Radeon HD 5800 series and Radeon HD 5700 series. I recommend all Radeon HD 5000 series users upgrade to these newer drivers, which will work on Vista/Win7 32-bit and 64-bit via this one package. These drivers contain a few bug fixes over initial HD 5800 series driver, and also contain a performance optimization related to the PCI Express bus.
